The left-hand page is split into seven rows, one for each day of the week, with space to write out the day, the phase of the moon, my meds, and my symptoms. The right-hand page has space for more general notes, a list of media, positivity, and a nice quote. It's made primarily using stamps and markers in shades of green and muted pink.
