Ronja9 November 1989, the day the Wall fell. 35 years ago, on the night of 9 November, after months of protests, the border between East and West Germany was opened. It was the end of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). A life changing day for me. I owe my life to the freedom of movement. Eine entsprechende Initiative haben wir mit der SED-Opferbeauftragten Evelyn Zupke gestartet.Insges. haben zwischen 1979 und 1990 ca. 17.100 Menschen aus Mosambik in Bergbau, Landwirtschaft, Textilindustrie gearbeitet. Viele von ihnen haben nur einen Teil ihres Lohns erhalten und warten noch immer auf zugesagte Leistungen.
